EARLY DAYS | I grew up in upstate New York. I fell in love with cooking and hospitality at a young age. I had two big dreams as a kid: be on SNL or own a restaurant. Either way, the goal has always been to make people happy.
EDUCATION | I attended Niagara University for Hospitality Management and Spanish. I knew I loved being a leader, so while working in food service, I was a TA and an RA. My favorite adventure was studying and working abroad in Cusco and Lima at the JW Marriott.
BACKGROUND CHECK | My first food service job was at Dunkin Donuts at 15. I was managing a fro-yo shop at 17 and haven't looked back!
After college, I landed a job with Hyatt's Corporate Management Trainee program, which brought me to the Driskill Hotel in Austin. I fell in love with historic and boutique hotels, and worked with the Andaz brand in both West Hollywood and Scottsdale, bringing me back to Austin in March 2020. I worked as General Manager for both MML and Tatsu-ya properties before starting with New Waterloo as the Taskforce General Manager in 2023. I am blessed to work with amazing properties and people. I believe in team bonding and the power of a good icebreaker: the cornier the better.
