now open in aspen: SWAY THAI
award-winning modern Thai restaurant
In partnership with Infinite Hospitality of Aspen, we are excited to announce a new Aspen location of Sway at 308 E. Hopkins Ave. The original concept in Austin, Texas has been operating since 2012. Inspired by the Thai phrase, “Same Same, but Different,” Sway Aspen will offer the same popular dishes that initially garnered the brand’s acclaim.
Like its predecessors, Sway Aspen will be designed by architect Michael Hsu. The cozied-up design of the Sway Aspen location blends the Sway traditions of rich wood tonality and a playful use of color with the mountain warmth that is local to Aspen.
Sway Aspen is for locals and tourists alike. Sway will offer modern Thai food at an approachable price with the same emphasis on sourcing from local vendors and farmers to continue Sway’s dedication to the community in which they operate.
Offerings include classic dishes like Salt + Pepper Tofu and Pad Thai Jay with elevated items like the Son In Law and Blue Crab Fried Rice. Sway Aspen will also feature a full beverage program featuring beer, wine, sake and signature cocktails like the Monk Water and Lotus Margarita.
Sway Aspen will open for dinner 7 days a week with weekend lunches to follow.
