EARLY DAYS | Originally from San Antonio, home of the breakfast taco.

EDUCATION | I've lived many lives as a "professional" student. By far the most enlightening things I've experienced have all come from time spent in restaurants. The countless guests, the unique service staff, and the eclectic chefs have all paved the way for me.

BACKGROUND CHECK | Like every kid from San Antonio, I bagged groceries at HEB as my first job. When I started college, my best friend's father was the GM of a restaurant not far from campus and was hiring all the hooligans from the neighborhood and that's truly where the hospitality bug bit me. A decade of bartending later, I made the transition into leadership and turned a casual thing into a career path.

In May of 2024, I hopped on the New Waterloo train! At La Condesa, I'm the Minister of Culture. We look for personalities that vibe and contribute to our eclectic culture. We work hard to ensure that our space is a collaborative one, where all voices are heard and recognized. We excel at a few things, creating memorable experiences through our passion for hospitality and crafting truly passionate food and drinks.
