Raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Lindsay Flagg first discovered her passion for food while working at a pizza place as a teenager. After her first year of college, Lindsay decided to pursue cooking as a career and completed her ACF Apprenticeship at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, followed by an internship at The French Pastry School in Chicago and time working under Chefs Thomas Raquel and Ji Yoon at the Michelin-rated Acadia. In 2015, Lindsay moved to Austin and joined South Congress Hotel as part of its opening team, working her way up in the team and now overseeing the pastry program as Executive Pastry Chef. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys doing anything outdoors with her dog. Her spirit food is New York-style pizza.
