Charles Schlienger

Growing up in a family of restaurateurs, cooking has come second nature to Charles. For seven years, he honed his culinary skills within the renowned Todd English Enterprises group, joining as opening executive sous chef of Da Campo Osteria and moving on to become chef de cuisine for the group’s Olives restauransts in Las Vegas and the Bahamas. He then returned to the states and served as the Executive Chef of North Italia in the Domain for two years before joining the New Waterloo team as Group Executive Chef of Sway in June 2017.
