Nik has worked in the service industry since he was 16 years old, having served at several high-end restaurants and hotels in Dallas, Santa Fe, San Francisco, Albuquerque, and Austin. He considers his time owning Java Joe’s, a small restaurant and coffee shop in Albuquerque, his master’s in finance and restaurant management. Nik joined the Hotel Ella team in 2013 as a manager and was promoted to general manager of Goodall’s Kitchen in August 2017. Outside of work, he is a crazed plant person and loves to kayak. His spirit food is New Mexico enchiladas.
